Description

You asked we listened!

The CRKT Pilar has been a firm favourite ever since it was launched and as soon as we saw it our thoughts immediately turned to how great it would be as a non-locking, UK friendly carry knife with, of course, the Heinnie® red G10 scales.

Fast forward to the present and here it is - the CRKT Pilar Heinnie Haynes® UK Edition! All the same features remain that made it such a popular knife in the first place; thick Wharncliff blade, generous thumb hole for opening, low carry pocket clip, perfect size for everyday use and exceptional Voxnaes design. This version is a non-locking slipjoint knife. It's extremely sharp, out of the box, with the red being a vibrant, bright red, perfectly offset with the shiny satin of the blade and metal hardware.

CRKT PILAR HEINNIE HAYNES® UK EDITION

Posted by Lee Lee on 21st Jun 2021

V good small knife remembering that it's shortcomings are mostly down to UK legal carry laws....this knife is not as good as the ukpk as it lacks the half stop and and the grind goes all the way to the finger choil which isn't ideal...however this is almost half the price and has a really stout thick blade....very happy to recommend this product

Solid little knife. The only improvement that could be made is for the slip joint to be made tougher. It's quite fluid, which is good or bad depending on what you're using it for. As an EDC it's top drawer though

This knife is definitely in my top 5 atm if not top 3, the the blade is really sharp out the box and the handle fits my hand perfectly.

    CRKT HH UK Edition

Was looking for a good edc knife having lost my previous one. This is pretty perfect for what I wanted, its light, folds up small but with a strong blade that can cut through most of the stuff I use it for easily. Blade is about 2 inches long, so not threatening in any way, which was important. Although non-locking it's got a good detent that holds the blade in place well. Really good well designed tool, happy with it.
