CRKT Pilar Heinnie Haynes® UK Edition 18

A great looking knife, chunky, with a nice thick blade and a bit of heft. The HH red scales suit it perfectly, and because its non locking you have the added bonus of two scales, instead of just one on the other models. I really don't like knives with a scale on just one side! I couldn't be happier with this purchase and I simply can't fault it... Great job HH, and how you had it on my doorstep at 10am when I didn't order it until 4pm the previous day is a mystery to me!

I received my pre-orderd Pilar HH edition today, and I couldn't be more pleased ! The quality of this knife is excellent for the price, with nice fit and finish and an already shaving sharp blade. It sits deep in the pocket as well, which is nice as it attracts very little attention when carried. All in all, it's a lovely little knife for the money, and I highly recommend it.

Like others commenting here I preordered and the knife was dispatched yesterday and delivered today. This knife is superior in every way to my expectations. It has a wicked sharp edge, absolutely perfectly centred blade, which has no movement and opens with a satisfying clunk. The blade thickness gives a real sense of confidence and would act as a lightweight pry in (though not recommended). The G10 is grippy and the finger choil Is perfectly placed to give reassurance when the blade is deployed. I am a super satisfied man.

Feels great in hand, as the original Pilar does, lighter than the locking version thanks to the G10 it’s easier to pocket. The blade has arrived shaving sharp OTB and the action feels nice and smooth. The large choil means I’m not scared about it closing on my hand like some other non locking knives I own. Easy one hand operation too which is always a big bonus for UK legal EDC knives. Big fan of the original and I’m sure this HH edition will rarely leave my rotation. Amazing service, as always. I very much like this knife, good solid chunky bit of kit... Mine didn't seem all that sharp out of the box but 30 seconds on a leather strop was all it took to make it shave hairs.

Arrived today, having pre-ordered this. Impressed with the build quality and the G10 scales. Great value for a UK legal carry.

Outstanding! Pre-orderd this knife and it was dispatched to me yesterday on standard delivery and it arrived today! Knife feels good in the hand and a sharp little blade but could do with a slight whip over a ceramic rod. Easy to open and close with one hand. All in all a nice little knife. Had it 2 hours. It's brilliant for price. I have regular Pilar but the HH version sits better in my hand. Came razor sharp. . Well worth the money and a bit more. Well done Heinnie.
