The Allround Pro S is indeed Basic but the jobs it is capable of is anything but. The blade is Swedish stainless steel with a back spine specially designed to accommodate a fire steel. The handle is rubber and plastic, and very comfortable to use, even in the cold. It is supplied in a plastic belt sheath.

    Unbelievable Knifes for the Price

Posted by if its not industrial it's broken on 10th Jul 2022

Had a moment years ago and bought many Mora knives. Have put these knives though hell and high water. Replaced the seaths with basic tough leather danglers. Took just a few minutes to place an edge on the spines.. The blades were all useable straight away, but after a few hours needed attention, that's knife / bush craft. Over the years I have re shaped the handles. Changed the tip profile. Applied the blade to more grief than you would a small pry bar. Want perfection for around a tenner, dream on......... Want an outstanding blade, A comfortable handle., Tough and not going to let you down, Affordable, Knife, Look no further. Can't comment about other reviewers opinions but seems they were expecting a £200.00 knife for the price of a 4 pack of larger.. Personally I know Mora provide the best knives for your pennies.

Sturdy, useful, good quality and cheap.

This is a sturdy knife with a comfortable handle, stainless low maintenance blade , which was shaving sharpe from new, packaged in a basic but functional sheath. The finish on the spine is a little rough, which is annoying as the overall finish is very good. Ultimately this is a very usable and handy knife for camping, wood working, fishing, day to day household use, perfect for a big out bag and it's only just over a tenner. Highly recomended.

    Superb Value

For less than a tenner for a Mora Utility knife there should be no complaints, usual Mora quality razor sharp Swedish steel, this one is in one of my emergency grab bags as I know I can depend upon it if the SHTF. Cheers boys and girls of HH delivered late on Friday had email saturday and arrived Tuesday, Excellent

    Not Happy with Mora

Posted by Practical Survivor on 9th Sep 2015

Grind is lower on one side than the other which off sets the point. Spine is disgustingly finished not aesthetic at all and not functional either, as it does not throw a spark as advertised. Sheath which is suppose to have higher retention than the Companion series literally has less, very easy for the blade to fall out. The rubber on the handle is so soft that if it contacts anything hard it disintegrates ( for lack of a better word ). Handle more secure yet far too small for an adult mans hands. Overall a fail from Mora's part, its still obviously a usable knife but you would be better off purchasing the Companion, for 1 pound more its basically perfect in comparison. Heinnie's service does not fail to impress, 22h delivery, as i have always said they will have no trouble keeping a loyal set of customers as long as this level of service is maintained.

    value stainless mora

Posted by baldini on 15th Apr 2015

ive had mine for ages, on the positive side its sharp, robust with a comfotable grip. on the negative side, the spine needs grinding/filing and the sheath isnt the best, however these negatives are easily fixed with a little diy effort and its less than £10. this knife is better than some of my others that cost much more.

    Good knife, bad spine

    Posted by Lux-Ferre on 4th Feb 2015

I heard great things about the Pro C but high salt and moisture where I live means stainless is a better option for me. This knife has a great edge, shaving sharp from the box, the handle has fantastic grip and is comfortable to use. I've used it for some basic whittling and workshop tasks and have no complaints with the overall design. The sheath is fine with a decent belt clip which I made into a dangler. The flaw with it is the spine where no finishing work has been done. Where we should have a sharp 90º spine, it's rolled over where the steel was cut without being ground or polished. rendering it useless. Hopefully I'll be able to grind a useful spine onto it but it's a step I shouldn't have to take.

    Oh dear.

Posted by Dale on 30th Dec 2014

I got this knife hoping it would be of the quality I am used to in Mora knives, I was disappointed. I gave it three stars because it is still a usable knife and I really like the handle. However, the spine is NOT "specially designed to accommodate a fire steel", the finish on it is terrible and you couldn't use it to strike anything . Also, the grind is not entirely symmetrical which results in the tip being slightly off-center. The quality control on this model of Mora knife definitely seems to be lacking. I will use this knife but I shouldn't have gotten it in hindsight.
