Good inexpensive work knife.
If you want a good, inexpensive, sharpens to a scary edge knife buy this. I own pretty much every iteration of a Mora 510 or 511. If you don't have at least one of these as a working knife, then sorry, you probably don't know anything about proper working knives. Reasonably tough knife like all Moras, but you will break it if you abuse it. Eventually. One note of caution. It's a carbon steel blade so it will rust if you don't look after it. I have found that the best inexpensive way to do this is to strip all the factory oil off it, coat it in mustard for an hour, take that off. You will get a sharp smell. When that goes away give the blade a light coating of ChapStick. That protects the blade very well.
