This is a sturdy craft knife that can be used in many different situations. Designed for the craftsman, the knife is an excellent choice when you need a sturdy, reliable tool close at hand. It’s also easy to re-sharpen, so you can use it time and time again.

The ergonomic barrel-shaped polymer handle features a soft friction grip, sturdy finger guard and a 3.2 mm thick blade made of carbon steel, which provides both strength and stability in every cut. Thanks to the blade and handle design, this knife is ideal for working safely and efficiently in differing weather conditions all year round.

The polymer sheath is equipped with the Morakniv Smart Button System which means you can attach several craft knives for different purposes to each other. It also has a practical belt clip for easy attachment to your belt. Carbon steel rusts, so wipe and oil the blade after use.

    Solid blade!

Posted by Shaun S on 26th May 2024

This blade can take some serious abuse! I used it hard on a 7 week trip and I really can't complain. I expected it to rust so I used some cold blue before I left, so I didn't see any rust except from the very edge where the blue had worn off. Superficial at worst and it didn't take much to rectify. The sheath is well designed and retains the blade well.

    Mora robust

Honestly this is the best knife I've bought. This knife beats the expensive knives I own. I want to sell my other knives, but how do I do that in England!

Fantastic Value! VERY Comfortable in the hand

Posted by RAW on 21st Oct 2022

Just received another of these great knives; outstanding value and it feels the best to hold of any knife I've used in 40+ years. This one surely must go down as an all time all-round classic, worthy of everyone's toolkit/box/knife drawer or belt. The speed of delivery and excellent service has me dizzy with delight; no other company I'm aware of has been close to the outstanding service that Heinnie provides. Honestly, you need at least one of these Mora in your life!

    Really Good but not Excellent

Posted by RAW on 20th Oct 2022

It's been a while since I bought any Mora knives, but knew I had to try this one, and so glad I did! It passed the sheet paper test right out the packet. The grip is so ummm grippy! it feels great to hold and fits me perfectly. It keeps it's edge well in daily outdoor garden and workshop tasks; the bolster/guard is reassuring, especially in wet weather use. The only grumble I have is that the spine is unfinished and not smooth like in previous Morakniv of the same and lower price range. When did manufacturers stop grinding and linishing the spines of knives? Is it a time/cost cutting thing? by removing a blade finishing process? I initially thought it might be a one-off, but all the knives I bought in my last order are like that. No massive problem, but I didn't plan on taking a file or grinder to my new purchases. I've dropped a star from the rating for that sole reason. Absolutely happy to recommend this knife to anyone though! It keeps it's edge well in daily outdoor and workshop tasks.

Nice knife so far, but I've had it less than a week.

Posted by eNigMar on 6th Oct 2021

ok, I've only had this for a couple of days and it's seen no real action on site yet so I can't really do any kind of realistic review on it's performance. I came from the Hultafors knife which is pretty much the same. The Robust has a nicer handle and obviously better steel. It also arrived much sharper than the Hultafors. It will see an abundance of torture on site with cutting cable sheath, cutting set plaster out of knock out boxes after the plasterer has filled them (I'm sure it's deliberate). I can't list the amount of things that I use (or abuse) a good knife for. If it's up to the job that I have, I'll be buying another when this one is finally completely dead. If not, I'll move on. So far first impressions are good, but due to the minimal time I've had it, I can only give it a four even if it turns out to be a five star knife.

    firestarting

Posted by greg of the north on 6th Nov 2020

great knife, shave sharp, knife gurus out there, why wont it make decent sparks off a quality firesteel?its carbon,is that the reason, also the spine isnt perfect but after a grind down its sharper, and i can get reasonable sparks, just not quite what im used to,but......fantastic knife for the price, just buy one, great tough 'beater' knife.
