Perfect budget all rounder

this is a great knife,once i filed the spine its also and excellent fire-striking tool,good edge retention,easy to sharpen not found a task it can't do well,even patina'd the blade with vinegar,looks fantastic.buy one,i'm getting another as i type!

great knife,shave sharp,knife gurus out there,why wont it make decent sparks off a quality firesteel?its carbon,is that the reason,also the spine isnt perfect but after a grind down its sharper,and i can get reasonable sparks,just not quite what im used to,but......fantastic knife for the price,just buy one,great tough 'beater' knife.

Absolutely hands down, as always you can rely on Mora. I brought this over 2 years ago, I've absolutely battered it. It's been left out for days in rain, thrown off hills, stuck in mud, and it still holds a edge. I've even used this for battening. If you want a cheap knife, that holds a edge, is easy to sharpen, and you're just starting out, or perhaps you're a long time outdoorsman, then I couldn't recommend this enough. Hennie as always, with every single product deliver this with super speed.

Silly not to buy one at this price. If I had to complain about anything, retention in the sheath is pretty , er, minimal. But again, at this price, it's ridiculous value. Buy 2

Just received my more robust and what a well made knife this will fit in to my collection nicely its amazing how mora remains on the cheaper side of the knife world.

Just taken delivery of my new Mora Robust. I have to say, straight out the packaging, it's sharp. Very sharp. Very, very sharp. I've just shaved some hair off my arm, it's that sharp. It's also a good weight, the handle is comfortable and the knife feels well defined in the hand. It cuts paper like it isn't there and an initial trial of making a sharp point on a piece of willow was most satisfying. I'd have happily paid double the price for this knife. And thanks to HH for the great service.

Wanted a nice sturdy knife I could beat on to start bushcrafting and Mora do not disappoint. Great strong thick knife and makes a surprisingly decent and quick light chopper. Like the clip on and off sheath too Only real complaint if any is that the blade stains easily and has to be stropped clean and the spine is fairly rough fit and finish wise. HH great as always shipped in 2 days standard shipping.

I have used the same Mora robust for 14 years. I won it in a raffle ! I have many other more expensive knives like Karesuando and Buck and Laguoille, but for regular deer gralloching in the field I use the Mora. Always holds a great edge. The sheath could be improved aesthetically, but it is easy to clean and does the job.
