Spyderco Heinnie Haynes® UK Penknife G10 18

Use the Spyderco Para 3 & Wharncliffe Delica at work under good reason to carry rules in UK law. But miss a single blade for day to day edc. This is just about the perfect non locking pen knife. S30v steel is just about perfect for a premium knife steel without spending small fortunes. The G10 scales conbined with jimping and fingerchoil make it very safe & comfortable to handle. The H included in the laser etching is a classy little touch. You can't be dissapointed in this latetest & imo best version of the UKPK.

This arrived today and i can't explain how good this knife looks and feels. I have the S110 version aswell and it feels almost cheap compared to the HH version. The G10 feels good in the hand and the colour looks much better in person. At about £10 over the standard version this is a no brainer, it's worth so much more than they charge. It goes without saying, a top service from HH again. HH please stop doing these collaborations. The kids are sick of rice and beans.

Die HH-Version ist super. Sie kn¼pft an die guten alten Zeit an und hat das UKPK dennoch modern erneuert. Die Feder ist wunderbat stramm , die Klinge steht mittig und das G10 ist nicht zu rauh. Den Stahl mag seit langer Zeit ebenfalls. Das Preisleistungsverh¤ltnis ist super. Ein sehr gutes Messer, das auch in Deutschland legal getragen werden darf. Mein altes UKPK mit schwarzem G10 macht jetzt mal Pause und die HH-Version wandert in die Hosentasche. Danke an Heinnie Haynes und Spyderco. Der Versand nach Deutschland war, wie immer, kein Problem. Yet again you guys at HH have hit a home run with this exclusive UKPK. It's the first ukpk I've bought in the years I've been collecting as I've never seen the benefit for my daily use. But, I have to say I wish I'd bought one sooner and this superb HH special gave me the nudge. The ergonomics of the handle to the spring like tention give it a wonderful feel and ease of deploying the blade open. Both bevels are brilliantly even and the blade centres perfectly. It comes with a factory edge that would put some knife sharpeners to shame so a tickle on the wicked edge isn't needed just yet. Awesome product once again HH and thanks for releasing this wonderful product in your name. Chris.

What's not to like? A tenner more than the standard UKPK and for that you're getting S30v and G10! It's the biggest no brainier ever. Perfect fit and finish and sharp AF out the box. I'll definitely be getting a second one if they font sell out to quickly. Massive thumbs up from me

Just a quick add on to my last review . I've handled the new Hienne UKPK for a couple of hours now and compared it to my other four versions . The half notch on the new collaboration is much more positive than my others . I don't know if Sal's tweaked the piano detent, or if it's just because of the full length backspring . Whatever the reason this knife to me is the pinnacle of the UKPK . I cant see how it could be better . I prefer S30V to SV110 so unless Spyderco decide to go with something more exotic like M390 then this knife can't be improved . As Nick Shabazz would say . It's a gem .

I've owned the original UKPK for years and used it daily at work. It's an absolutely awesome knife that's stood the test of time. My only real criticism was the lack of options as to the materials it's made in. When I saw the HH special addition in S30V and G10 it was a no brainer for me. I ordered it on the day it was released. This for me is the definitive version of the UKPK. The materials are fantastic, it's still light but has a weightiness that gives me more reassurance in hand than the original. It also has a better lockup. Considering it's only a little pricier than the original it's a steal. I own a fair few knives, and this is now my favourite U.K. legal carry. Whilst there are other knives I own that are prettier, this thing is designed for use as a cutting tool. Absolutely top marks. Oh, and HH service top notch as usual.

I own several UKPK's . Including the Titanium and the new S110V . The new Hienne version is a superb knife . I can't see why anyone would now by the standard version . For £10 extra you get G10 .A better blade steel , and the Hienne badge . I would pick this above the S110V . It's better value for money . And it has the full length backspring like my titanium . It's almost too good for a daily user , almost . I hope this isn't a limited run as I'd love another one to keep as a safe queen . Perfect fit and finish and gives a feeling of quality the standard UKPK, or the S110V just can't emulate .
