Spyderco Delica 4 FRN 18

Extremely light weight EDC blade, great for light field use and around the house use (packaging, slicing veggies, etc...). Very sharp, holds an edge well too! The volcano grip and awesome jimping makes it feel secure in your hand. To deploy it, you'll need to give it a flick of a wrist whilst opening it with your thumb, it isn't as fast as some blades, but fast if you get the hang of it. Sharp edge, but the point isn't too sharp compared to full flat grinded blades.

As a collector, I've always avoided Spyderco as I didn't like their looks. And I hadn't handled a Spyderco knives... I was looking for a handy lock knife for my outdoors kit and decided the Delica would be useful as a decent tool... Now I have the Knife in the flesh, I am blown away by the quality. The handle is amazing in the hand and the blade is superb. If you like the look, you are so right...if you don't, just use one for a bit and it becomes beautiful because it works so well.

I purchased the Delica 4 a few weeks ago from Heinnie. I was looking to purchase a medium size folder and based on the performance of my Ladybug this was the obvious choise and i wasnt wrong. This knife is suitable for all kinds of tasks ...Tactical or otherwise.

If this knife was a stick of rock it would have the word "quality" running through it!Design, materials, sharpness, all top quality. Plus confidence in handling, glad I bought one!

This is such a high quality knife, fantastic blade steel, cuts like a chainsaw.... and its light and easy to handle.... a fantastic everyday carry
