Samura use the finest Swedish and Japanese steels hardened to 58-60 on the Rockwell scale in combination with a traditional Japanese shape and fine taper from the spine, which enhances their unrivalled cutting performance.
The Samura Super 5 Nakiri uses some of the materials normally reserved for high grade specialist fixed blade knives. The Nakiri is a great all-rounder in the kitchen and has an impressive looking Damascus blade. this is my first carbon kitchen knife, im going to have to learn how to sharpen it properly, im simply amazed by the combination of weight and sharpness,it has just the right weight and is sharp as hell, this knife is from another dimension compared to every other knife i have owned.
