Wow.. At this price level it is a delightful knife. Maybe too soon for a review as it only arrived today but sharper than my other knives, just sharpened, out of the box. Only tried on a tomato and cucumber but the balance and handling and even the grip were excellent. It also looks fab which is not a problem. Sure if I spent very much more I would get a VG10 knife etc etc but AUS8 Stainless Steel is really good and a HRC of 58 is more than enough even if you use it for a living. 2-3 months will tell me more for sure but right now V V happy.
