Maxpedition Jumbo Versipack

I bought this bag for hunting as the single strap does not interfere with gun mounting and that works well. Generaly well built but clearly only intended for dry weather use as the main compartment lid is narrower than the opening leaving a 25mm gap each side when packed. When it rains everything in the main compartment soon becomes soaked unless wrapped in waterproof bags. To make things worse there are no drainage holes in the main compartment or bottle pouch. What a shame that the designers didn't field test the bag outside.

Build quality is excellent and a well thought out design. A bit on the pricey side hence 4 stars other than that can't find any fault in it

I now own two of these excellent bags. The new version has a few small but significant improvements over the older style and this latest one, with a couple of additional pouches, has actually replaced my sitka as my EDC.

Im not good at writing reviews but this bag and hennie deserves a try. This bag screams quality in every way! It's comfy it's hard wearing it's the perfect edc bag. I use it for my edc a hdc buy it! And hennies service was great as always thx guys

Every detail on the Jumbo tells you that it's been designed by people who actually use this sort of carrier. It's comfortable, well made and flexible... perfect for people on the move who want to access their kit without breaking stride. I will almost certainly purchase a couple of removable pouches to increase versatility... but that's not a criticism. As a footnote: I ordered this item from Heinnie at c1600hrs and received the order the following morning by First Class Post. I'm impressed!

One of the best bags I have ever bought! I use this bag for hunting and everything else. Its because of this bag that I have full confidence in maxpedition gear. It holds every thing I need plus more! I also have a maxpedition monsoon back pack which is also great. they both hold more than you can think. I would choose nothing else as my E.D.C (every day gear).

I finally got this bag and it has fulfilled all my expectations. It is really durable and spacious and surprisingly more comfortable than any other shoulder bag I've had. Can get it cheaper elsewhere but I am prepared to pay extra for the Heinnie quality. Excellent service as always!
