Spyderco Urban HH edition with red G10 scales and S90V blade. Nice little knife. Built in Italy at the Maniago factory. Back of spine slightly recessed in scales which looks wrong. G10 stippling aggressive not like smoother Red HH UKPK. Half stop when closing the blade was stupidly stiff and sounded like something was going to snap, used some sharpmaker triangular sharpening rods on the blade half stop notch to round it off slightly so it's good now (easy fix). Has phosphorus bronze washers between scales and blade. All T8 screws. The sides of the back spring hook which engages in the tang radius lock notch aren't ground flat on the sides but doesn't seem to cause any issue, just looks unfinished. In comparison the HH Red G10 UKPK had no issues and you can swop out the S30V blade for the S110V blade you get with blue FRN scale version and vice versa . I'm happy with my Urbans, I bought 2, a bit pricey but cool knife with great blade steel. Would definitely recommend, just the half stop notch is way too strong. Stay sharp peps.
Very nice UK legal Spyderco, very reassuring double clic on the notch mechanism,sharp well centered spear point blade made from a super steel.Everthing is nicely put together highly recommended
Absolutely brilliant service from HH once again with this one. Quite a special little knife albeit a little pricey. It's a HH special you got to have it! Great that HH are making the effort by doing these limited runs with Spyderco. My knife came with a very slightly off grind edge but that aside it's perfect will sharpen out in time. Lovely strong full backspring which I do prefer on any UK Friendly Spydie. The G10 is coarse but grippy and looks great in the HH burgundy/red colour. It comes with S90V which is a supersteel and my personal favourite. Thanks for the awesome service and keep up the good work guys.
