Add to BasketWonky blade grind, uneven & rough g10, back spring not evenly flush …. but this is a unique & excellent U.K. legal Spydie in s90v & g10, so the grind will sharpen out eventually, I polished the scales to a gorgeous smooth finish and better fit, & added a blue ano Lynch clip. Love it, now, but didn’t out of the box. YMMV.

I’ve owned a squeak before and was interested to try the next size up. It’s very nice, as you would expect from Spyderco. The few things to note are the factory edge, which doesn’t come nearly as sharp as most spydies do, and the g-10, which feels more abrasive than regular Spyderco g-10 in my opinion. But it’s still a good buy, especially if you like the red.
Great little UK Legal edc blade. Premium steel delivered super sharp. Easy to carry and use for those small pesky jobs.
All in all this product has been produced fantastically. This particular knife was shipped extremely sharp, solidly built and with good attention to detail. My only gripe is the quality control within the handle... seems like a 7/10 with the handle finishing based on the product photo which looks 10/10 perfectly done. Everything else though is fantastic, good size, the red colour makes it less intimidating. Was shipped with a good edge and it feels like it will last me a long time.

Great steel but significant drawbacks. Not very good manufacturing - very rough G10 and the quality seems poor - eg backspring not meeting scales neatly. And probably at least £20 more than it is worth. This has really put me off these expensive exclusive knives - and Spyderco have again let rubbish QC’d items reach the market.
