Have had this for 2 years. Use it and abused it in garden camping and jobs about the. House. Have been used to skin roos, foxes and help displace a few feral pigs as well.. Is a great edc and value for money. Get one...

first class service as usual,ordered 2pm Monday @ my door 10am Tuesday.knife is plain blade version,would highly recommend this knife, well made,and finished, rock solid lock up, not to fearsome looking, comfortable in the hand. and a bargain price. buy one now. its a cracker!!

Got this 20 hours after ordering, gotta love HH's service! Hair poppingly sharp out of the box. Straight to work for it, stripping and pointing a couple of thumb size rods, feathered a few sticks for fun, paracord cutting, nail cleaning, the lot. It didn't flinch. Ok, so maybe the coating won't last 20 years, or even 20 months, and maybe it's not the finest steel in the world-so what? For the ridiculously small amount you pay you get a solid, no nonsense tool that opens smoothly and locks up solid. High quality kit at bargain prices. As for the edge, still popping hairs this evening, a few gentle passes on a hone and all is ready for the next outing. Anyway, half the fun of knife owning is getting the edge the way you like it! Only gripe? Handle is a little on the thin side. Might look at replacing the scales if this becomes a regular use bit of kit.

Absolutely awesome knife. Razor sharp OTB. I haven't tested the edge retention, so my review is based on my impression of the knife. I gotta say I love, and I'm dying to give it 5 stars, but unfortunately mine makes a "squeeking" sound every time it opens and closes and that is why I can only give it 4 stars :(. I tried to solve it with some oil, but it didn't work out... I hope it gets over with use but I have my doubts. Anyway, it's an awesome knife and I can definitely recommend it! Despite the annoying sound :)

What can I say ..... Spyderco Tenacious! I opted for the black blade finish, looks and feels a million dollars, and came very sharp out the box...... HH are by far the best outlet for all your knife, torch, tactical gear etc ... I can't big them up enough .... packaging is awesome ... but back to the Tenacious if you want a budget type knife with high end performance BUY this knife.

Received this today, fantastic service as always from HH. The knife itself is exactly what I expected, lightweight, great design, great quality at the price point. This is my first Spyderco, pretty sure it won't be my last.

I haven't had a great deal of experience with 8Cr13MoV but it appears to be sufficiently adequate for the price. It came hair shaving sharp with a steep bevel, all black hardware but I doubt if it's a DLC blade but it looks pretty decent and the option to carry right hand/ tip up - all the other configurations are available but I'm never interested in 'em. I intend to put this through some constant regular hard use and I'm expecting wear on the blade coating due to the nature, style and price of this knife. The ergonomics are pretty good with it's jimped thumb ramp, but watch your forefinger as it doesn't really have a choil and the blade edge spans the entire length of the blade which gives you optimum cutting area but could do you a mischief if you don't have your wits about you. All in all though, I'm pretty chuffed with it, it's quite an impressively built tough little knife that'll serve you well.

This is my third Spyderco knife and it won't be the last, as always the quality is fantastic, I have a large collection of various knives but I think my collection of Spyderco's might grow more than anything else Service from Heinnie Haynes is awesome as is the speed of delivery.
