The mid-sized Spyderco Tenacious has a black G-10 laminate handle, milled with prolonged fatigue-free cutting in mind. Tucked inside are skeletonized steel liners increasing the handle’s rigidity and strength without adding non-functioning weight or bulky thickness.
The 8Cr13Mov stainless blade is leaf-shaped and ground flat from spine to cutting edge for cutting performance. The blade’s shape coupled with an oversized Spyderco Round Hole and textured spine jimping allow you to open the blade and position your thumb on the spine in slip-proof confidence ready for work. A Walker Linerlock (with jimped liner) and a 4-way pocket clip lets you set your carry and draw preference: Tip-up/tip-down left-hand/right-hand. Screw together construction.

Add to BasketFirst impression, the box was squashed and ripped. Very expensive for a very cheap Chinese steel. It's an overpriced Spyderco knife that is vastly over priced because it's a Spyderco. Hennie own cheap Chinese knifes are £30 I think the last time I bought the collection. In all I feel it's a disappointment knife with a high price tag. There are much cheaper and better out there if you want cheap Chinese steel.
As good as my Spyderco Native Cheif And a fraction the price. Can't tell difference on steel as yet - both seem very good.

I had avoided Spyderco purely owing to the shape of the blade. But am very glad that I finally bought one. The thumb rise gives amazing control whilst holding and the handle is comfortable in the hand. The action is incredible with no play at alll. A very satisfying click when opening and closing the blade which is razor sharp out of the box. An incredibaly well put together knife and well worth owning.

Easily the best knife I own, absolutely no blade play, cuts paper like nothing I’ve ever seen out of the box, feels strong and dense but still weighing very little. Just an all round spectacular knife
