Description

If you already own a Delica or Endura, you have one of the best selling knives Spyderco makes. The knife you are looking at is a bit different from the normal C10 Endura 4 and C11 Delica 4 Lightweights.

The Spyderco Endura 4 Full-Flat Ground is available in a range of handle colours with full-flat ground blades.

Their FRN (fibreglass reinforced nylon) handles come in new muted tones and moulded onto the handle's surface is Bi-Directional Texturing for slip-free tactile traction. Inside the handle are dual skeletonized stainless steel liners which strengthen the knife without additional weight and double as an anchor for external and internal components to attach through generating more sturdiness and rigidity.

The blades are full flat-ground VG-10 with a thinner highly refined cutting edge and a larger 13mm opening hole. Added to the blade's spine is slip resistant jimping. Phosphor bronze washers smooth out the open/close action and the clip is upgraded to a four-way tip-up, tip-down, left-or right-handed clip.

    FFG vg10 brilliance

Posted by Cultcollector on 26th Jul 2013

Had an unfounded prejudice against FRN and backlocks for a while. This is the second FRN Spyderco I have brought recently and the prejudices were wrong entirely. Came the sharpest OTB I've had from Spyderco. Nice shade of blue and the grip on the FRN is more than adequate. Vg10 is quality doesn't have the rep ZDP has but is £39 less. The FFG is great for slicing food etc' the FNF spot on and the only gripe is I'd prefer a silver clip. As usual 1* for the HH team ordered 3pm Wednesday came Thursday morning. Great knife would recommend to anyone after a large slicer and also it's so light it's barely noticeable. Great stuff thanks Spyderco and HH.

One of the best knives in the price range

Posted by Ash on 17th Jul 2013

Pros: - Comes hair splitting sharp - Easy to sharpen - Great edge retention - Zero blade play after 6 months of use - Extremely grippy (Spyderco bi-directional grips are the most grippy I've found) - Perfect gimping on thumb ramp. Cons: - Personally don't like the black pocket clip, removed the paint with sand paper. This is one of Spyderco's best selling knives and with good reason.

    Amazing Super Steel knife

    Posted by Sup3rSaiy3n on 3rd Mar 2013

This knife is one of Spyderco's bestsellers and for good reason. The handles are FRN, lightweight but strong and the blade steel is Seki-city produced VG-10 super steel. Did I mention it's also comfortable in the hand. The only problem is deciding which colour to buy. You can check out my in-depth video review here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ErrXR0O-6Vg

    A Great Knife?

Posted by Andy Collins on 13th Feb 2013

Nick ordered a blue handle version for me (felt brighter colour wouldn't be lost outdoors etc) and I'm chuffed to bits with it! Lucky enough to already own a Tenacious & UKPK but this one sits really well in my hands in comparison. It'll be interesting to see how the VG10 steel compares over time? Everybody says it but I have to add 'SUPERB SERVICE!'
