If you already own a Delica or Endura, you have one of the best selling knives Spyderco makes. The knife you are looking at is a bit different from the normal C10 Endura 4 and C11 Delica 4 Lightweights.
The Spyderco Endura 4 Full-Flat Ground is available in a range of handle colours with full-flat ground blades.
Their FRN (fibreglass reinforced nylon) handles come in new muted tones and moulded onto the handle's surface is Bi-Directional Texturing for slip-free tactile traction. Inside the handle are dual skeletonized stainless steel liners which strengthen the knife without additional weight and double as an anchor for external and internal components to attach through generating more sturdiness and rigidity.
The blades are full flat-ground VG-10 with a thinner highly refined cutting edge and a larger 13mm opening hole. Added to the blade's spine is slip resistant jimping. Phosphor bronze washers smooth out the open/close action and the clip is upgraded to a four-way tip-up, tip-down, left-or right-handed clip.

This knife is amazing. The design of it is really lovely, the handle fills your hand nicely, gives you brilliant grip and the blade is adequately sharp. I was surprised that the blade came at a 50 degree edge (not very typical of Spyderco). The blade design makes it brilliant for food prep (what I use mine most for) but this knife will do most anything. The only thing I wish was different is that I could carry this legally in the UK :(
Had this knife a good few months now. Very pleased with it, I put my own precise edge on it with my Wicked Edge Pro and it is just amazing. For the price you won't get a better knife. Well worth it and would definintly buy another.
Deployment 5/5: Buttery. Blade 5/5: Super sharp, holds a great edge, ground perfect out the box. Handle 5/5: Super grippy, lightweight. Lock 5/5: No mistakes or slips, very sturdy. Looks 5/5: Great colour choice, stylish, light, sleek. Clip 5/5: Perfectly understated, great choice of position, stylish. I CANNOT FIND A FAULT! THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE MUST BUY! Also, great postage: came after 2 days for free postage.
I live in Australia and was lucky enough to purchase this EPIC folding knife before they became illegal.First off The Endura is very lightweight for its size and capabilities.FRN handle is grippy and will not tear up your clothing. The 3 3/4 blade pops out with only a slight amount of motion. No blade play from he lock back lock which is fantastic.Blade is exquisite VG-10 (fully flat ground), which is also an excellent food prep blade.Stays sharp for a long time and the steel is very rust resistant. The jimping on the back of the blade ensures that you choke up on it well knowing it wont come out of your grip-Ergonomically speaking its flawless. My only gripe is that the pocket clip is black not blue but thats only minor. All in all an absolutely outstanding folder that I am proud to own and use.Great for EDC,camping, survival and Food prep 10/10 all factors considered. Barry H Australia
All around brilliant EDC/Tactical folder-You cannot go wrong with this 10/10 Barry H Australia
My first Spyderco was an Endura 3, that knife has stood up to some serious use and abuse over the years and is still as solid today as when I bought it. Keen to try the latest improved model 4 I am not disappointed. Improvements to the build (screw construction, SS liners, full flat grind) make this a superb knife for all sorts of applications. Fit and finish is excellent and the VG10 steel takes a great edge and wears well. Although a large knife it's comfortable to carry (where appropriate) and very lightweight. Highly recommended as is the service from HH.
This knife is superb. VG10 steel is a personal favourite. Easy to sharpen, holds a hair popping edge for a good amount of time. FRN handle is really grippy and feels secure in the hand. Nice for it to be reinforced with hollowed steel liners. 4 way pocket clip is secure. Usual excellent service from Heinnie.
The knife just isn't for me. Blade is excellent in shape as is the steel, fit & finish are up to my previous experience of Spyderco and excellent. Razor sharp out of box and beautifully light. My main gripe is purely in opening, the large and light blade and back lock mean the knife is really quite difficult to open with any kind of speed in safety. My other heavily used blades include Axis lock Benchmades, so perhaps I'm spoiled. With the benefit of hindsight I'd have gotten the Wave version. Or as originally planned the Para-2! On a final note do not be put of by the FRN, it's grippy and strengthened with skeletonised steel liners.
