Spyderco Counter Puppies are an exciting new concept in kitchen cutlery. Their injection-molded high-impact plastic handles are shaped like the stylised body and legs of a puppy. This novel design allows them to stand upright on a counter or tabletop, keeping them clean and handy while creating a truly distinctive table setting presentation.

Counter Puppy blades are crafted from corrosion-resistant 7Cr17 stainless steel and full-flat ground for outstanding edge geometry. They are available with a choice of a PlainEdge™ (Blue Handle) or fully serrated SpyderEdge™ (Purple Handle) cutting edge. Man’s best friend just got even better.

Very sharp but not very practical

I bought both of them in the same time. I love spyderco knives and have good collection of them, thought il give a try to the kitchen ones. Both blades very sharp,what you can always expect from spyderco ,but those handles....very tiny. I can only hold them with 3 fingers and thumb, plus them "puppy back legs" I don't know... Also blades itself could be by 1" longer. Overall, longer blades and handles would make those knives 100% 5 star ones. As usual super fast delivery from Heinnie.

Nice little knife

Very sharp straight from the box,innovative design,a bit tight for size large man hands. Not an issue if you choke the blade for maximum control whilst working.

Perfect paring knife for me. Nice handle, sharp blade and small for all the little prep jobs in the kitchen.
