The Opinel No.09 Walnut gives the unmistakable French folder a darker, richer appearance courtesy of its natural walnut handle. Walnut is pleasantly lightweight with an attractive grain, making each knife subtly different while retaining the simple, comfortable shape that has defined Opinel for generations.
Its 90mm 12C27M stainless steel blade offers good corrosion resistance, dependable edge retention and easy sharpening. The slim blade geometry makes the No.09 particularly effective for slicing, whether you're preparing lunch outdoors, working in the garden or dealing with everyday cutting jobs.
