They are notable by the use of a heavyweight brass ring lock that secures the blade in the open position, no puny stainless or aluminium that loosens over time and becomes less effective.
The Jose da Cruz Merendeira INOX features a compact, streamlined blade made from INOX stainless steel. It is extremely sharp out of the box and makes for a highly versatile and handy blade. It is available with either an Tigerwood or Boxwood handle with a lined lanyard hole.
