    Buy British!

My Israeli arrived today. (Thanks. Great service as usual!). Im not too sure what Steve was expecting but Im very pleased with the knife. Bowie style blade with a blood groove. Not too heavy so with blade weight it lends itself well to a utility knife with light chopping and batoning around the campsite. It sharpenend up easilly, good grip on the handle. On a parr with the US Kabar for less pennies!

This knife is an excellent low budget choice for a dependable military battle knife, it is not a hobbyists toy. It has a very positive feel in the hand, is solid enough for rough field work and holds a fine edge. The grip enables it to be held cutting edge up. I would describe it as solid and dependable and fit for purpose.

    Cheap and cheerful bowie

I have had this knife for a while now and it is a very good value blade. I have not put it through intensive use however, and the tang does not look as solid as a Ka-Bar but this is based on looks and not use. It is a nice knife but I use it for blade re-profiling.
