Baddest Bee Fire Fuses provide users a weatherproof tinder that produces a 7-9cm flame for up to 10 minutes which is considerably larger and longer than a flame produced by match or butane lighter. Due to the low flash/ignition temperature of the materials and organic weatherproofing formula EOG use, their Baddest Bee Fire Fuses are extremely effective at igniting from sparks cast off flint striking tools in wet (and dry) conditions where forest floor tinders are too damp to ignite. Coupling this larger, longer burning flame with a bellowing tool gives users the opportunity to start a fire with wet fuels they wouldn’t normally be able to start.
Baddest Bee Fire Fuses are “Made in the USA” of 100% organic materials including beeswax, olive oil, spice/food based dyes, and cotton (most competing products are petroleum or calcium carbide based). Each Fire Fuse is 4.5cm in length and comes in a compact, protective carrying case.
May come in a longer thinner tube than advertised and 8 long strands to cut down to make more than 16.

First time trying these. Cut one in half, fluffed up the end, one strike of the steel... Instant flame. No second goes, no time wasting. Lit on the first strike. And one half of one of these have enough burn time to light multiple fires (should the need ever arise) Buy them, you won't regret it.
Have only done a quick trial with them so far, but all good. Used one as a firelighter for the log burner and worked perfectly
First time purchase of these, came as described. So cut in half double the quantity, delivered to UPS P/UP POINT no issues. will review again once tested.
This is the second batch of these that I have got form HH. They are small, lift and simple to use,. These ones are much longer than the last batch and will need to be cut down to fit my survival tin, not a problem. You can of course use cotton wool soaked in petroleum jelly but these are so much cleaner sitting in your pocket or tin. As ever amazing service form the maestros at HH.
Takes a spark easily: I doubt that you'd need a whole one in most conditions.
These really work. I've never had to use more than one, they fluff up quickly, take a spark well, and get your fire going in no time at all.
The rubbery plastic tube that contains the fire fuses is easily held in the palm of your hand, to give an idea about how big it is. It's compact enough to stuff in to a corner of a pouch or backpack but isn't tiny. The fire fuses themselves are very effective indeed. One thing to note: rather than trying to light one of the fuses directly it's much more effective if you first 'feather' one end so you have a fluffy spread of fibres before trying to light it. Lighting the fuses is very easy using a ferro rod and will only take a strike or two even in damp and/or windy conditions. When lit the fuses burn for a few minutes - way longer than any match - and also burn quite hot. In fact they burn for so long that you have to be quite careful as to what you put the burning fuse on as it would be very easy to accidentally set fire to unintended things. All in all these fuses are inexpensive and a great addition to any survival kit / bug-out bag or the like.
