Condor Heavy Duty Kukri 18

Have to say I loved this blade in pictures but when I saw in in the flesh I was even more impressed. Had this for a few weeks now and its my first Kukri but I can see the appeal of this blade design. Heavy duty and a good length with a fair weight but not to much. A do it all blade. Heavy chopping up front with fine work being done at the base of the blade when you choke up high on the handle. The blade is sharp out of the box with with a very good fit and finish on the handle and brass pins. The grind on the back of the blade wasn't perfectly symmetrical but that just being picky. Still gets five stars from me.! If you had to grab one tool to get lost in the wood with this would be it for me. Well made sheath as well.

Ordered this yesterday arrived today perfect service as always from HH,The blade is amazing and the thickest blade I own,the sheath is a thick quality leather and it chops superbly,Cant ask for a better blade for the money

Great knife, excellently made, my only gripe is that I'd preferred a 13" or so Kukri of this quality, the Kukri's of that size in the market are not up to this quality, so Condor make a full-sized Kukri with hand-guard and full tang and I'll be happy. The one I received had a slightly damaged point, but I restored that with a diamond-sharpener with a few strokes, I think someone dropped it before packaging exactly at the point, says something about the balance of this knife!!! AND...............last but not least (mind you!!) it survived that abuse! Are you willing to try that to test your knife??? I don't think so; lots of knives will proof to have failed the test.

Animal of a knife. Chops like a machete twice its lenth. I own about half a dozen condor products and this is my new favourite.

Ordered this FANTASTIC Kukri online Monday night so Heinnie would have got order Tuesday morning, I had standard delivery and it arrived Wednesday..BRILLIANT service. Heinnie more expensive than Bronzemoon/Pacific but their reviews STANK, Heinnie includes a sheath in the price. I've bought from Heinnie in the past and have always been impressed with their service. Fabulous heavy duty knife.

Oh my God! I think I am in love with this beast of a tool.I was considering getting the Nepalese one - but I love Condor gear, and this is the best yet. Really thick steel, well made and attractive with Condor's excellent leather sheath too. What more can you ask for. Oh yeah, and H.H delivers way before any other company again. Still waiting for stuff I ordered from other companies! Keep up the great work.

What an excellent piece of kit. Immediately when you pick it up you can feel the sturdy construction and weight in the blade. It comes with a pretty good age and some serious chopping and cutting ability. Really, really impressed.

This smaller Kukri is slightly thicker than the Cold Steel Gurkha Kukri and packs a hell of a wallop when chopping. It also has a similar convex grind to the CS product but on a less broad blade. Add all the attributes together and you get a well priced heavy Kukri that is a lot easier to carry and use than its larger relatives. There are a lot of variations on the smaller Kukri design available from HH today and this one is worth consideration..
