Quality, compact, lightweight folder

Looking for a compact folder (OK, new toy) and this hits the spot. Locking mechanism just like larger Cold Steels, same quality. 67g light. Plastic pocket clip works fine. 2.5" straight blade edge is easy to strop. Recommended.

I wasn't entirely sure what to expect when I ordered this other that it's probably going to be rather interesting. Wasn't disappointed. It's well made, nice fit in my XL hands and it's a nice weight. Blade is very sharp and (to me) a very nice size for a general utility blade. Opening things that need to be opened carefully with this is going to be trivially easy. The handle and blade shape allows very fine control. Fine carving also. Whittling a try stick with this is going to be extremely easy. TriAd lock, so it's not going to fail in a hurry. I like the plastic clip, it seems to be quite robust & easy on your clothing. Frankly anyone who breaks the clip on this is probably doing something to it that they shouldn't. If your looking for a general utility knife, or you want a detail knife to back up your main blade I would give this knife serious consideration.
