Four traditional Kitchen knives that cover most of what happens on a chopping board. Including a 10cm paring knife, a 10cm serrated knife for tomatoes and crusty bread, a 7cm bird's-beak vegetable knife for peeling and trimming, and a 6cm peeler.
All four use Sandvik 12C27 stainless steel hardened to 55-57 HRC, so they take a keen edge, hold it reasonably and won't rust if you dry them. The varnished beech handles are PEFC-certified and comfortable in hand.
