Tritium Watches
Tritium Watches
A tritium timepiece is a watch that uses gaseous tritium light sources (GTLS) for illumination. These tiny, sealed glass tubes filled with tritium gas, a radioactive isotope of hydrogen, are coated with a phosphor material on the inside. Tritium is used in tactical watches for its ability to glow in low light conditions for up to 25 years without charging or maintaining.
