Victorinox Swiss Tool 18

Some brands have been about forever and survive fashion, going about their business quietly and producing brilliant tools. Victorinox do this. I've compared and researched for a long time and finally chose this one. I'm so glad I did. It is head and shoulders above the competition for build and finish quality. I have handled multi tools of comparable price from the competition and they feel cheap compared to this. The tools all do what they should, the steel is outstanding and keeps a razor sharp edge. The victorinox blade design is simple and works perfectly. This feels absolutely solid. I've abused mine and it has never failed. Just a great item. As a previous reviewer said, do not overlook Victorinox as they've been doing this for years.

Best Tool ever made. the rest dont compare.

I have had one of these since it was first released over 10 years ago, carried it nearly every day, on long camping and trekking holidays in Peru (4mths) and Canada (3mths) plus others. For work including building sight work, fish farming, aquatics.... and other jobs. Its never rusted or sized in any way what so ever, nothing has broken and the blades/tools are still as firm as they were the day I got it, its even been used under water. I?ve had two other tools in this time both are very well known makes, and both have failed, one broke, the over never held a good edge due to poor steel. Do not over look Victorinox Swiss Tools.

This is simply a great tool, built like a reinforced battleship it will inspire confidence when in use. Great finish and design (the blades are actually practical) if you need a beefy pair of pliers these are worth a go. Red logo also looks good. Good pouch too.
