Excellent kitchen paring knife!

Having used many Victorinox Swiss Army knives over the years, it was high time to sample their kitchen cutlery. This is a superb tool for kitchen use, very easy to keep nice and sharp. Stropping before and after each use ensures an edge that is keen for your next task. Wash by hand, not in the dishwasher. Treat it with the same care and maintenance that you would any quality kitchen equipment, and will give you many years of service. Glad I bought this one! Very highly recommended. A pleasure to deal with HH, as always. Cheers!
