The success story of Victorinox began with the “Officer’s Knife” in 1897. The latest generation of the world famous
originals continues the virtues of yesterday, while nevertheless still meeting the demands of today with regard to
functionality, user friendliness and quality.
Electronic components like the digital clock with an alarm make the 'officer's knife' the ideal knife to take on vacation and
business trips. And because it also features an altimeter, a barometer and a thermometer, the legendary pocket knife can
even be used as a reliable navigation device for demanding hikes or mountain climbing excursions.
From hook disgorger to fish scaler: The Victorinox Fisherman is the “Officer’s Knife” for your fishing kit.

Another quality victorinox for my collection Top marks heinnie haynes delivery
Victorinox Fisherman is one of those SAKs that is over looked by many , but it is in my opinion one of the most useful pocketable versions in the line up ? Four layers wide about like the Huntsman ! .This is really got some good stuff on it , the rear Philips driver is not my favourite place to have it but in general is of more use than the corkscrew for edc tasks ? The Fisherman has a fish blade enclosed ! This is maybe an off put but i can assure you that although ive never been fishing this has so many uses from a make shift fork a tea stirrer a probe a basic ruler (stamped either side to three inches ) Staple extractor french bread cutter etc etc in fact its been of more use than the Huntsman and its saw to me ! This model has the little fish embossed on the show side scale and is rather cute ? Im not really impressed with these type cast scales as like the camper and ranger as i always think that the knives look childish but the fish emblem seems to look classy ? Anyway this is said to be one of the less popular models by Victorinox but i really do feel that its one of the best and rumours that this and the Angler ( pliers and a corkscrew in place of scissors and a Philips) are to be discontinued ? Maybe a good time to grab one ? Service from HH was as usual red hot , maybe not the cheapest for it but they say you get what you pay for ? Five star SAK five star retailer ....
