UZI Tac Pen 7 Gun Metal

This pen feels solid with the cap on, seems robust, and writes OK. It certainly fulfils the "tactical" side of it's expectations. It's chunky and comfortable to hold, not stupidly big, but still has enough of a spike sticking out if gripped firmly. If ever you had to use this in a non-writing capacity, I'd be glad I had it. I've knocked off a star because of the fit of the lid. It's just about secure when the pen is "closed" although I'd rather it needed a bit more force to pull the lid off. But if you're planning on putting the lid on the end when using the pen to write with, forget it. It's a very sloppy fit and will be annoying. Just accept that the lid will have to be not on the pen if scribbling something down and then this product still gets my recommendation.

I so wanted to like this pen, the aesthetics of it are really appealing to me. Unfortunately the o ring inside first one I got came out so the pen and lid couldn't stay together which obviously is a major flaw on a tactical pen. HH were brilliant as they always are and exchanged the pen promptly. The second pen I got has movement with the lid, it rattles a little when it is on, which isn't a massive deal, I could overlook it. But the pen doesn't write as it should, it's hit and miss with the ink, an example, I just wrote out, the o is fine but the u and half the t are missing. It's sadly not fit for purpose, I end up using the bic's laying around the office??. I will order a refill but on a £30 pen I shouldn't be doing that. On a positive note the pen looks really good, is very weighty and I think will serve me well if I end up in a sticky situation.

All nice and solid.. heavy and sharp on the business end. One problem, rattle. About 3/4 of a mm to loose on the lid joint. It fits fine, just makes a slight rattle. Lid fits nice on other end when writing. Writes good ofc its a fisher.

Have several tac pens and this is the one I use daily. Looks good , not too aggressive , writes well , glass breaker works well, very strong and sturdy as had had some abuse and still going. Pocket clip sturdy. The lid could be a little stiffer to take off but had no issues with it so far. HH service was excellent as always.

Sturdy, good weight, glass breaker works well. Would last a long time apart from the one let down, which is the lid - it comes off way too easily, hence only 4 stars. Hopefully I can change the o ring in the cap for a slightly thicker one to cure the problem, because there's a high risk of losing your 23 quid pen otherwise!
