    Twisted assist Tulip

Posted by Richard Bowles on 30th Dec 2023

Ordered one as I use a knife often in my profession as a warehouseman, cutting boxes, cardboard, banding, shrink-wrap etc. Never owned a flipper before and was curious to see if it suited my needs, well after the usual superb Hennie service even over the Xmas period it arrived, very disappointed with it to be honest, it's too small, I don't have big hands at all and this is just tiny, too small to be an effective EDC, I have in the past had a Spyderco Squeak and it's smaller than that and less comfortable in the hand, the flip system I found awkward maybe I am not use to such a system but on looking at some YouTube reviews they seemed to have a better version of the knife, I could not effectively open it. Decided that I could not use it and have returned it to Hennie for a refund, if it were the same size as my current EDC, a Spyderco Urban and the flipper was useable then I may reconsider, but sorry not for me.
