Add to BasketIt still has a bad smell, the leather has curled up around the edges and the stitching came away after three weeks so needed re-stitching. Over all value is about £3 defiantly not £18 but you have to pay for the "Made in USA" stamp. On the plus side the leather hasn't torn.
Leather looks and smells like its been treated in some kind of wax which makes it look very cheaply made, hopefully it will wear off with some use. The leather doesn't feel very good quality i modified mine slightly by stitching the top of the flap the note book goes into to create a pocket and the needle went through both pieces of leather with no effort what so ever, so i don't think this is going to last long but time will tell.
