TAD Rogue RS Jacket Patched ME Brown

I bought the ME Brown in Medium, which fits me snugly, but well over a shirt (I wear a 16in collar shirt, 40R suit jacket.) and goes with all sorts of casual gear. I'm 5'9 and this is just the right length to sit just below my belt. My girlfriend is very impressed, as am I, with the cut, fit and quality of manufacture. I put the special service sweater underneath this and it takes the extra layer and still gives me a lot of room to move around, arm-wise. I can zip this up fully and still have full mobility. I really like the cut of the shoulders. This jacket is remarkably lightweight and very windproof. It sheds water in the rain and the DWR coating is very effective. I find it keeps me comfortable in cool weather with a single layer (usually a long- sleeve Henley), and yet it does not overheat in strong sun in warmer conditions. This makes it really useable in a variable African winter climate (warm in the sunshine, freezing at night in Johannesburg). I accidentally got black shoe polish on it the other day, which came straight off with some soap and a quick brushing.

Just bought the TAD gear Rogue RS jacket in XL, for me its a perfect fit, as i am 6ft 3in and 16.5 stone. The style is such that arm movement is not restricted even when the jacket is fastened. This is my first TAD Jacket and based on my initial assessment i would definitely by another. The service from Heinnie Haynes was brilliant with the jacket arriving the day after ordering.

I got this jacket as a gift and I can only say it is brilliant. Very comfortable, light, but still protective against wind. It is also more of a summer jacket than the 5.11 M65 jacket. I have the ME brown colour which is a bit darker than khaki. I am 6.2" and I have chosen for the large. I have long arms and this jacket's sleeves are also very long. The shoulders offer plenty of room for excellent flexibility or action movement. I have broad shoulders, athletic and the large is just fine. I do not like to tight fit for this jacket because it is a short jacket (excellent for in the car!) and I would feel stuffed. Pockets are relatively small, so do not expect to be able to carry a large wallet. Absolutely recommended! The version without velcro patch on the sleeve is really stylish.

At first I would like Heinnie for the best service I can imagine as an internet store. I bought a large version of this jacket but when I found it is too big for me I swapped it for medium one. The Jacket is kind of military look but it goes very well with the denim pants (TAD jeans are great) as well. I wear it nearly everyday (to work or to shooting competitions as an apparel). It has a small pocket inside the pockets to hold a mag for my concealed carry and also inside chest pockets to hold my thin wallet. All of my stuff from TAD holds for at least 8 years so I hope this jacket will be great as well for as long as possible. Thanks HH for great service and TAD for great jacket.

Firstly the service from HH is impeccable easily the best internet company I have bought from. Now onto the jacket and I must say it's very nice indeed, I have had my eye on this for a while now and when the deception colour way came in stock I couldn't resist. The sizing is strange I'm 6"2 reasonably athletic 44 chest 34 waist and the medium fits perfectly I tried the large but the bottom hem was too loose but the med fits nicely. The jacket is actually quite trendy I know they are not made for that but it looks unusual without standing out I just can't wait for it to warm up so I can wear it each day. Looks very smart with a pair of jeans but doesn't look our of place with combats either, I'm hoping that is its a tad design it will be durable it certainly seems well made. To conclude if your slim it might be worth sizing down the sleeves are long and chest is larger than in th size chart either way it's a lovely jacket and I think it will last a good number of years, thanks HH for the service.
