Stroup Knives, founded by US Army veteran Chris Stroup, is built on the principles of quality craftsmanship. With a focus on producing premium knives made in the USA, Chris’s military background brings precision and dedication to every product. Stroup Knives takes pride in its work, ensuring each knife meets the highest standards.
The Stroup GP2 is a finely crafted tool, designed with durability and functionality in mind for any tough situation. Measuring 20cm overall, it features a high-quality 1095 high-carbon steel blade, which is known for its toughness and excellent edge retention. The 9.5cm blade has been rock-tumbled and acid-etched, giving it a rugged and battle-worn appearance while enhancing its resistance to corrosion and wear. The knife’s blade may also display slight forge-scale discoloration, a hallmark of its authentic, hand-forged manufacturing process, adding character and uniqueness to each piece.
The handle is made from black sculpted G10, a material prized for its strength, lightweight properties, and resistance to moisture. The ergonomic design of the full-tang handle provides a secure, comfortable grip, ensuring optimal control during use. A lanyard hole is integrated into the design, allowing for added versatility, whether securing the knife to your gear or making it more accessible in the field.
To complement the knife's rugged design, it comes with a custom-fitted black Kydex belt sheath.
