Being tenacious means one holds fast. One is persistent and cohesive. It means being tough and tireless until achieving your goal: all knife-worthy definitions for a worthy knife.
The mid-sized Spyderco Tenacious has a black G-10 laminate handle, milled with prolonged fatigue-free cutting in mind. Tucked inside are skeletonized steel liners increasing the handle’s rigidity and strength without adding non-functioning weight or bulky thickness.
The 8Cr13Mov stainless blade is leaf-shaped and ground flat from spine to cutting edge for cutting performance. The blade’s shape coupled with an oversized Spyderco Round Hole and textured spine jimping allow you to open the blade and position your thumb on the spine in slip-proof confidence ready for work. A Walker Linerlock (with jimped liner) and a 4-way pocket clip lets you set your carry and draw preference: Tip-up/tip-down left-hand/right-hand. Screw together construction.

Had this for under a week, but used/played with it enough to know its a quality folder. Shaving sharp (passed the arm shave test), solid lock up with no play at all and it came in the best quality box so far. One thing, it would be better with a longer handle, but the present one is ok, ive just got big paws.
The tenacious is the best value folder for the price great materials and craftmanship as an engineer I can see that this is a bargain highly recomended everyday knife.
For the price this knife is amazing, G10 handles are comfortable and give a great grip. The blade shape is perfect for everyday tasks and it comes razor sharp. Watch out though because this knife will bite you if your not careful. Check out nutnfancy's video on youtube for more info. I would recommend this knife to anyone. Great service form heinnie as always.
I ordered one of these a while ago but totally forgot to write a review. It has lived in the waist pouch of my rucksack ever since and been on several outings with me. It is absolutely amazing that Sal and Co. can put out a knife of this quality at such an amazing price. I cannot fault it, the steel is good and takes a razor edge, the G10 handles are pretty much industry standard for hard-use knives, even the clip can go on any of four ways round. Buy one, or two, you will not be disappointed.
My first Spyderco and my first how do they do that moment, this is one of my favourite knives, build quality and materials are of a very high standard and the Tenacious has such character, all for sub £40, oh what a confusing web we weave!
This is the first knife I have bought since I was a kid, well pleased with the price, quality and speed of delivery by Heinnie...
For this price you get a real Spyderco. Very sharp out of the box, comfortable handle and it just feels tough when you use it. Nice big hole to open, easy to use. Recommended!
The cheapest Spyderco doesn't disappoint. Quality is just as high as the rest. G-10 handle feels great. Blade has no side-to-side or up-down play. Would have preferred a lockback instead of the linerlock but i guess its only a matter of habit. I recommend it!
