Spyderco Shamen
I’ve wanted one for ages & took advantage of HH’s discounted Christmas promotion. It arrived 2 days later in the period between Christmas & New Year - fair play HH. The knife itself - good action, sharp out of the box and so on. However, here is where I relate how the Shaman interacts with me. I find the handle a little too light, slim and smooth. Likely against the backdrop of my own physicality, but there it is. I’ll go in search of some chunkier, grippier aftermarket scales to facilitate the knife feeling fuller in my hand. Presently, it feels too ‘gappy’ when I want to really work hard with it and for something that has cost me a small fortune, of course that must be a point off demerit. Let the hunt for replacement scales commence - any advice, HeinnieHaynes?
