Rough Ryder Trapper Green Micarta 18

I bought this trapper style as I do like the profile of a trapper and as a good EDC knife but also for the colouring of the very subtle Green Micarta coloured scales which will be added to my collection and I find just that little bit unusual . The liners like the back springs are of a brushed steel and give this knife a slightly more modern look . The green scales are set of with a nice RR metal badge on one side . Once again the blades were well centred with good half stops and opened into position nice and solid and closed back into the closed position just as good. Like most RR trappers it both looks and feels good in the hand . Transitions at the bolsters were well done and overall a very good looking knife .

Not a lot to say but what a really nice knife, well put together with a great blade configuration. The handle scales are really comfortable and colour and pattern make for a very aesthetic look, I'm very pleased with it I've been wanting to acquire a trapper for some time and now I have one that I'm proud to own.

This is a beautiful knife and the colour is fantastic , it has a very positive action and is very well finished.

Lovely looking knife with a good crisp opening/closing action and a positive half stop, as well as being sharp out of the box. It is my first Trapper and I really like the blade choice, 2 good length blades as opposed to only 1 on a Stockman. I must admit to developing a 'thing' for Rough Riders, I think they're great value for the price as well as being the start of another collection (My other is Buck knives)

The best pocket knife I own!! It’s superb, the design, fit and finish, materials and the overall looks are just incredible. You will not regret buying this, it could without a doubt sell for £100 at this quality! HH once again with fantastic service and customer service too, I don’t know how they do it so well!!
