Blunt on arrival!
When I took delivery of the knife it looked sharp, but failed to slice a lime. I had to use the point to penetrate the skin before the blade could make an impression. After some time on my sharpening stones, it did take a keen edge and could finely slice a tomato. The pocket clip is pointless on a chef's knife, so I removed it with a tiny torx bit. It's in my camping box now, ready for the Summer. The folding design should prevent it from blunting or cutting the gear in the box. A good buy, if you're prepared to sharpen it.
