All of the knives in the Rough Rider Old Southwest series feature 440A stainless steel blades with half-stops, match strike pulls, and a frosted etch on the main blade.
The handles are embossed nickel silver with inlaid red and blue stones on brass liners. It has lined nickel silver bolsters with a stone inlay. This Rough Rider Old Southwest Sowbelly features a clip point main blade and smaller sheepsfoot and spey blades. Rough Rider is always built by hand.

The first 4 I've given to a RR, only because it's one of the higher priced models and the spey blade is bit "soft" on closing, certainly no big deal but I've been spoiled by the quality of the Rough Rider knives that I've bought recently
Given the price it’s well put together, Nice design with a good solid structure. Knife has a good weight to it and all three blades cut rope well which is what I use it for.
