Description

What a little cracker this is! Everyone's favourite EDC pocket folder, the Canoe, has been given the "Old Southwest" treatment. Using synthetic turquoise, red, white and black material in combination with nickel silver inlays the handle scales are a real treat. The spear and pen blades are 440 stainless steel with an Old Southwest motif engraved into the steel. Both are under three inches long so OK to carry under UK law at the owners discretion.

    What a great looking knife ! Got to be to the prettiest looking on the market. Astheticly fantastic, the magnetic catch presentation box echos the knife design & upon opening, the knife lies neatly in a black foam inner. A nice weight & smooth finish is enhanced by the decorative inlay. Not the sharpest out of the box but acceptable. Service from HH impecable as always. This item had been on a back order since January 2020 & on receiving a "back in stock" notification in November , 11 months later, I confirmed the order straight away. 24 hours later it arrived. A " must have" for the collector, tempted to buy another for everyday use.

    Rough Rider Old Southwest Conoe

    My all time favourite canoe from Rough Rider although I am sure I have a special moon glow version too which is equally special. The amount of detail on the scales is just mesmerising and the frosted reverse lettering on the blade is beautifully done. A bit more expensive then other canoes from rough rider but this ones special. It has a half stop and the swedge on both blades make this look and feel more exquisite. Good to go UK friendly 440A steel on these so not too shabby. The stones are not real and are most likely fabricated look alike, BUT it's simply gorgeous either way. The knife comes in a very well presented magnetic box sporting the Old Southwest design detail. Feels a lot more expensive and classy for the money. I have always liked the traditional style conoe knives and you will too just try one out. Go on buy it now, you know it makes sense!
