I know a bloke who deals in house clearances and second hand goods I mentioned to him that I collect slipjoints. He gave me a n old army knife produced around 1910/20 by Thomas Turner of Sheffield, a slipjoint with antler scales, sheepfoot blade. can opener and awl, like the RR Camper. So I bought the Camper as it seemed a good idea . Excellent little knife worth 5 stars, Im not going to knock a star off for the few little niggles cos for the price its brilliant, anyway it will soon be bashed about a bit as I use all my knives. The knife is sharp from the box, the fit and finish is very good considering the price . The nail nick on the cap lifter is too close to the hinge point making it difficult to open, a few little gaps here and there but I can easily live with these issues. all said very good value, excellent EDC....and not forgetting HH's excellent service.
