Description

The Rosecraft Zambezi Blue Micarta is a traditional slip joint with a splash of modern personality. Its carbon steel blade wears a clean satin finish and opens via a classic nail nick – simple, dependable and fuss-free.

Where it stands out is in the handle: blue Micarta scales that give a subtle pop of colour while offering excellent grip in the hand. Brass liners and pins hold it neatly together, contrasting well against the cool-toned scales.

Sized for pocket carry, it’s the sort of knife that makes everyday jobs – from opening parcels to campfire prep – easy, while keeping that timeless traditional look with just enough modern edge.

    Nothing Cheap Here

Posted by Peter Hull on 30th Sep 2025

I loved the look of this knife, with its tight little blade. In my hand it's solid, has firm walk & talk, and shaves immediately OOTB. And with a blade you can choke right up on, for close, or detail work. I know it looks like a Rough Ryder. I know of the links. I like RR for beaters. I love this Rosecraft: even grind, even seat, D2 is my favourite steel. Denim Micarta has just enough feel for me not to want to put it down. Very impressed.
