Description

The Real Steel GSlip Compact is, as the name suggests, a compact version of the Real Steel G-Slip but made exclusively for Heinnie Haynes®. It is UK legal carry as it has no lock and has a blade under 7.6cm and it has the famous Heinnie® red G10 handle.

Designed by Ostap Hel, the G-Slip is an extremely handy little folder and features a blade made from one of the best steels money can buy, VG10.

The substantial, sub-three-inch, non-locking blade has a great deal of resistance in the slip joint mechanism making it a superb choice for your UK-friendly, everyday carry, daily user knife.

    best made better

Posted by Alijami on 2nd Oct 2021

I have the Real Steel Luna and Stella in several steels. I didn't think it would ever be possible for Reel Steel to make a better UK legal pocket knife but they just did with HH's help. Slightly narrower so an even sleeker pocket carry but not silly narrow. I don't much like pocket clip but can always be persuaded by a wire clip. Anyway easily removable. Or why not swap it to the other side. For lefties this knife is ambi. Adding to the sleekness where have the handle screws gone? There is only the pivot and the pocket clip screw. Leads to a design mystery, what tensions the backspring? Finally I really like the "neutral" blade profile. A drop point, almost a spear point. Sheeple friendly like a SAK. Red too.
