First off perfect HH service as always, ordered quite late in the day delivered 12:30 following day ! The knife (took) itself 10/10 for this money it’s terrific value. Shaving sharp out the box, good blade shape and size for around the house and out.and about. The scissors are excellent too, useful size and sharp too. If it had a bottle opener it would be 11/10 !

Been desperately after a HH branded knife for ages and money being a frustrating concern, I've been unable to get one, I was intending to get one with the red HH handle scales but couldn't afford one previously to this purchase. Then I caught an HH email for this low budget set of EDC chopping sticks (as I like to call knives sometimes) and the price was right. Xmas around the corner I bought two this one and another without the scissors as a gift. So, the product, out the box the knife was folded in a red crepe paper wrapping and upon opening the quality of the knife was awesome especially regarding the price. For the basic simplistic style of the knife I couldn't say anything bad about it. Opening the blade (being one of the obvious first things to do) I immediately brushed my thumb gently sideways (not along the blade!) across the blade in order to get an idea of the sharpness and instantly I could tell it was super sharp with the blade being quite thin especially at the cutting edge side I would say it was very similar to razer sharp! The mechanism was right but not difficult to open and the blade snaps nicely and firmly back into the handle. Other reviewers have said the blade doesn't have a half stop position which it doesn't and I agree it would have been better and slightly safer for it to have one so just be slightly careful when closing the blade. Like I said, for the price it's an unimportant minus point. The handle is all metal and simple in design with a nice touch of a HH cutout and reversible deep pocket clip, again for the cost and regarding handle grip comfort, it's ideal for the purpose of just having it in your bag etc for mostly emergency 'out in the field' type situations. The scissors are a massive improvement from the fold out scissors I have on a very old Swiss army knife and I was very impressed with the folding mechanism and cutting ability of those, esp for the price yet again. There's a lanyard hole (or holes) through the top so I immediately weaved a paracord key fob through those :) Genuinely this is a fantastic budget knife that's super sharp and feels strong and firm in use and being an HH and EDC I'm fully please with my purchase as it suits my needs for a EDC sling it in a bag and forget it until needed situations even if that's just for opening boxes. I like it. As always the delivery speed was fast and email confirmations etc were all good.

Got this one as soon as it was released. Only very occasional, very light use but today the backspring on the blade broke.

Excellent knife, especially for the price. Only Downside is stiff opening but it's small, light and razor sharp, perfect for EDC. Recommended.

What a cracking piece of kit for e.d.c! It’s tough and well made, feels comfortable in your hand too. Blade and scissors are super sharp cutting without snagging. I’ve bought 4 so far as my friends see mine and ask me to get them one!

Very happy with quality and service. A great knife that could be even greater if was available with a serrated or even part serrated blade.
