The QSP Hornbill is a tour de force of elegant golden flecked, carbon fibre combined with a practical drop point blade of blackwashed, S35VN stainless steel.
The blade is ready to go to work from day one. Its combined thumb stud and thumb hole means that you’ll never struggle to open this beauty. We particularly like the way in which the surface of the scales is very gently milled, creating a pleasing, very grippy texture. The golden carbon fibre handle scales are an outstanding feature that really catches the eye.
Sliding smoothly open on a ceramic ball bearing, the blade locks firmly into place and is held firmly with a linerlock. The lock is easily released with thumb pressure, and the knife can be safely stowed with the sculpted titanium pocket clip.
