    Brilliant little blade!

Posted by Shaun S on 26th May 2024

Amazing little knife! I love this blade. It is smaller than I expected but it feels very comfortable in the hand and cuts like a dream. So far I've had to resharpen it once but it has retained its edge brilliantly. Very solid build quality and opens and locks better than any other knife I own. I bought the Jade G10 scales and am very happy with the way it looks.

    QSP CANARY G10 FOLDING KNIFE

Posted by Mark Stuart on 18th Dec 2023

I normally stick to a certain few brands that have been good value for money and good performance. I saw this one, l checked the description and went for it.. What a lovely solid feel knife. Even with the cut outs on the scales, still feels like a knife which will be there for the long run. Opening the knife with the thumb stud, the blade sort of ‘glides’ out. Amazingly smooth. You could be forgiven for thinking it is assisted opening but it’s got such smooth bearings and the blade weight is perfect for them. Blade is extremely sharp out of the box. Size perfect with belt clip (I generally put it in my pocket clipped to the side) which is strong enough to hold it tight in most situations. There is no downside to this knife. I will add that it does have a liner lock mechanism which will undoubtedly make it not a legal carry as an edc, but if you will be doing your diy bit, etc then why not? Very glad I took a chance on it.

    A Quality Bargain

Posted by Dan Sharpe on 5th Dec 2023

I bought this because I like knives with holes in the handle scales and I thought the overall design looked good. I am impressed and pleased with the knife, it's very well made, has good ergonomics, opens smoothly and cuts extremely well with a decent tip for gouging or prying. For the money this is a great utility knife, one which would be ideal as a work knife in an environment where it will get some hard use. It would be a very good "first knife" for someone new to modern folders, especially given the colour options so you can fit it to them, but equally if you are looking for a knife to give to a "knife buddy" as a Christmas gift this is one which they will enjoy getting. It's good to be reminded that good knives don't have to cost two hundred pounds plus.

    Basic small & useful folder!

Posted by Ciaran H on 2nd Dec 2023

This is quite a nice little folder if you appreciate it for what it is. You get solid construction, nested liners & G10 with a half decent blade material. Action is fun, it flies out. I like it, small enough to be considered small and large enough to be useful. Honest opinion - at £40 it’s a little over priced but the quality softens that topic. Superb service from HH as always

    QSP Canary Folder

Posted by Tony Holden on 1st Dec 2023

This is an affordable, no nonsense, folder that I'm liking very much already. It's taken about an hour to see things starting to break in nicely. The detent and liner lock lead to a snappy opening action, and the lock is smoothing out to close easily. The blade arrives in a very sharp condition, and I really do like the drop point shape with the swedge. I wear a large glove size, depending on my grip the handle gives me either a good four finger grip, or a three and a half finger grip. The G10 is well textured and you get a secure grip. All around I'm very happy.
