Benchmade Taggedout
Benchmade Taggedout
The Benchmade Taggedout is Benchmade's answer to backcountry hunters who measure pack weight in grams rather than kilograms. Introduced in 2022 and inspired by the phenomenally successful Bugout, the model 15535 takes the ultralight folding knife concept into dedicated hunting territory. The Taggedout features purpose-built geometry and materials chosen specifically for field dressing, skinning and camp work when you're miles from the nearest vehicle.
What sets the Taggedout apart is its ruthless focus on weight reduction without sacrificing capability. At just 59.5g, this folder delivers a full 8.9cm clip point blade in CPM 154 steel. Benchmade applies SelectEdge technology for exceptional out-of-the-box sharpness. The high-visibility orange Grivory handle ensures you won't lose the knife in leaf litter or snow. Abundant grip texturing provides solid purchase even with cold or wet hands. The clip point geometry excels at precise work around bones and joints during field dressing.
Available configurations include the base model in orange Grivory, upgraded versions with G10 handles and S45VN steel, and premium carbon fibre editions featuring MagnaCut blade steel. The model 15536 offers OD green G10, tan Grivory and deep olive Grivory for those preferring more subdued aesthetics. The AXIS lock provides ambidextrous operation, critical when wearing gloves.
