The Nitecore EDC27 UHi flashlight has a maximum output of 3100 lumens from the 2 x UHi 20 LEDs and is powered by a built-in 1700mAh li-ion battery. The intelligent charging circuit allows for fast and convenient charging via the USB-C port at the head of the light.
The next generation of Nitecore’s tactical flashlights, the EDC27 UHi has an improved output, beam distance and runtime compared to the original EDC27, without compromising on the great design and quality.
The flashlight is operated by dual-stage tactical buttons on the tail end of the torch. Specially designed for tactical applications, the 2 buttons are set at different heights for easy differentiation and easy operation to reach the desired brightness level. The mode button provides quick access to Strobe for rapid tactical responses and emergency situations.
As with its predecessor, the EDC27 UHi has an OLED display screen showing real-time information on the brightness level, battery voltage, remaining runtime, lockout mode and remaining power. Dual lockout modes are available to prevent accidental activation – semi lockout allows access to turbo and strobe only via the mode switch and full lockout prevents access to any outputs.
Lightweight and durable, the torch has a stainless steel body to withstand heavy pressure and resist warping. The surface is treated with a PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) titanium coating for excellent durability and resistance to scratches and fingerprint marks. The EDC27 UHi features a heat dissipation plate which extends from the head to the tail of the torch to help conduct and disperse heat effectively.
