Even though its small you can still fit quite a bit in and would be fine for an over night hike. I managed to fit a tarp, blanket(attached to the bottom) , ground sheet, cooking equipment, food, small first aid kit, knife & a pocket organiser in with some other small items. You can also add on more molly compatible items to give you more space.
