    MAXPEDITION POCKET ORGANISER MINI

The micro has very limited appeal but the mini is quite practical.

    Good but not perfect

Posted by Matt on 25th Apr 2022

Being a bit of a Maxpedition addict, I bought two Mini's in the recent money off promotion. Excellent service as usual from HH. However, I'm sorry to say that I have a slight disappointment with them: the zips on both 'catch' slightly on the long side of the pouch and don't open smoothly requiring more force than feels comfortable on a fairly lightweight zip. This is the case for both of the pouches so I assume it's something to do with the manufacturing process rather than a fault with the actual zips. It's not desperate and hopefully they'll improve with use but it's not the usual excellent quality that I'm used to with Maxpedition gear.

    Perfect EDC layout

Posted by Morgan Charles on 13th Jan 2021

Great build quality and well thought-out design. Just the right size to fit essential EDC/emergency supplies (as it can fit in a jeans back pocket) but not so big that you feel like you need a chihuahua and a manicure to go with it. If you're a touch paranoid, like me, you can always carry a micro 'Go-bag' without it becoming a cumbersome inconvenience. Maxpedition stuff can be expensive but it's built to last longer than you are; so think of it as a worthy investment which isn't going to let you down. Once again, hats-off to HH for expedient, professional service and fair pricing.

    Slightly Disappointed

Posted by Grumpy Al on 22nd Oct 2016

I have had one of these for a number of years and decided to purchase one as a gift for a friend. My original mini was made in Taiwan and I have been unable to fault it, however I have inspected the new one, only to find it is made in Vietnam. Granted my old one has had some serious use and things may have loosened up slightly, but it feels a whole lot better than the new one. when I first opened the new, Vietnamese one I thought the elastics had been replaced with webbing as there is so little stretch and give in them, also the zipper pulls are very stiff, they are YKK, so hopefully they should free up with use but they also seem to be catching on the internal parts of the organiser. I do hope Maxpedition are not letting their standards drop. A big thank you to heinnie for their impecable service, ordered and delivered within 24 hours.

    Useful bit of kit

Posted by Derby 58 on 11th May 2016

Very good value for money. Tough construction. Slight concern with the zipper, it seems to catch on the inner liner making smooth operation difficult. However once you start filling it up it seems to get better. Too big for a pocket but brilliant for keeping odds and ends rolling about in the bottom for your bag in one place.

    Really impressed.....

Posted by Wez on 17th Sep 2015

I did a video on my last documented EDC on my techwg youtube channel you can check out. This organiser is truly great. I wear exclusively 5.11 TDU taclite trousers (also from heinnie) and never made use of the cargo pockets for anything other than the rare piece of folded up kitchen roll. Now, my right cargo pocket has this organiser in it and it provides me with a spare batter for my flashlight and my phone, tweezers, small knife, Boker MPP pen (soon to be replaced I hope with a Leatherman Micra), Gerber shard (pry bar + other functions), first aid kit comprising of a selection of good quality plasters, wound closure strips for deeper cuts, antibacterial hand wipes, wound wipes, over-the-counter pain killers and a couple of small sachets of burn relief cream. Also it has my Fenix LD02 as a backup aaa flashlight At some point I will do an updated video with this or what ever is my most current EDC at the time for this great product. Get one, you won't regret it, unless of course you get one of these organisers that is too big, in which case you will need to get a better size as a replacement.

    Nice EDC size

Posted by Jack on 17th Sep 2015

As I already own the EDC model, I meant to order the Micro, and only ordered the Mini by mistake! However, it holds virtually everything that was in my EDC model, and I find it a good size for swapping my everyday kit between packs. Very well made.

    very pleased. amazing delivery

Posted by william on 13th Jun 2015

i ordered this item along with a few other things on friday night and chosen the standard delivery service, thinking it will arrive the following week but it arrived the next morning, amazing delivery. the pocket organiser itself if very tough and high quality, but dont be fooled with the name 'mini' its actually a decent size and can fit pens, knives, small notebooks and quite alot edc items.
