Seems expensive for a key-ring? Not really because it’s very secure and solid in construction and cheaper than losing your keys - which you won’t if you put them on this.
Feels well made. Looks well made and reasonably priced.
It’s Maxpedition so doubt there’s much to worry about. Going on feel the quality of build feels good and stitching etc although through time the Velcro will eventually fail but at present it feels good quality.
This is a quality piece of kit. The strong Velcro and clip spring gives you confidence that you are not going to loose your stuff. As well as holding keys, I thread the Velcro through my Izula sheath to give a great horizontal carry on my belt.

I really love my Bastion carboneer clip, but after nearly losing it along with my Car,house & work keys due to another torn belt loop I just had to find a better solution. The maxpedition keyper is that solution, usual maxpedition qualit , a nice strong spring clip and the best feature is that it's attached directly to my belt means that I really can't see myself losing my keys with this one. Great accessorie and the usual faultless lightning fast delivery from Heinnie.

I bought one of these for a very long time. I still use it to this day. I like having my keys dangling from my belt, I hear them and I know they are there. This is the best option for me to do this because now I use wider belts and the clip on ones I used to use no longer are viable. Recommended.
I used to hang my keys & wallet from my belt loops with carabiner clips, fed up with belt loops tearing, I tried these, and haven't looked back! So why the 4 stars? Well, they are quite pricey, and they have velcro that contacts the rear face of my belt, leading to fluffy threads there. Otherwise, a great bit of gear, secure but easy to unclip, recommended!
